Q: Can I customize my shirt color?
A: Yes! For many designs, especially screen-printed ones, I can change the shirt color. Please message me before ordering and include your requested color in the order notes.

Q: What shirt brands do you use?
A: I use Comfort Colors for screen-printed designs and Gildan DryBlend for sublimation.

Printing Methods

Q: What printing methods do you use?
A: I use three methods: sublimation, hand screen printing, and screen print transfers.

Q: What shirts can be sublimated?
A: Sublimation only works on light-colored shirts that are at least 50% polyester so the design appears vibrant.

Processing & Shipping

Q: How long is processing time?
A: Processing is 2–3 business days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Free U.S. shipping is included with every order.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: I offer exchanges within 30 days. If you need a different size or there’s an issue with your order, just reach out!

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Returns are handled on a case‑by‑case basis since many items are made to order, but if there’s a mistake or defect, I’ll always make it right.
