I use Gildan, Anvil or Bella Canvas and all are excellent quality!
Sublimation and the process:
I use dye sublimation, which means the design is directly transferred into the garment using ink and heat. The design will NOT crack or peel as vinyl sometimes does! This is permanently printed into the fabric.
Depending on the amount of polyester in the garment will determine how “faded” or “vintage” the item may look. I typically aim for 65% polyester blends unless I want to achieve a more vintage feel, at which time I will reach for a 50% poly blend!
If you desire a darker colored shirt, I will use bleach to make the design POP! As well as give it a nice rustic look!
